Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (including any tags, boxes, or certificates).

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and not eligible for return.

Custom or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send an email confirming approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
