Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer fast and secure shipping across the U.S.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — Free for orders over $100

Express Shipping (1–3 business days) — Calculated at checkout
International shipping is available on select items. Delivery times and fees vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to customs, weather, or high-demand seasons.
Aura Ice is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we’ll always help you locate your package if any issues occur.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If it cannot be located, email us at admin@auraice.com — we’ll review it and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Preorders & Custom Jewelry
Custom-made or preorder items may take additional processing time (typically 7–14 business days). You’ll be notified of your estimated delivery date once your piece is in production.
